This is an optional replacement output shaft for our CIM Sport, 57 Sport, Dual 775 Sport and Falcon Sport gearboxes. This shaft protrudes 2 in. from the face of the gearbox. If your application requires a slightly longer output shaft, you can disassemble the gearbox and swap for this shaft. Need an output even longer? Try the 3 in. long output shaft.
These shafts require a 1/2 in. External Retaining Ring (am-2371) for proper use within a Sport gearbox.

Good to have extended shafts
Extended shafts are important. Good to have multiple choices on length, and changing the shaft is easy.. Since these require removing and installing a retaining ring, we would like it if the ring specifications were given in the product description so we could know what to buy to replace the retaining ring in case we damage it in the process..

Helpful for the Andy Mark Climber in a Box
The 100:1 banebot gearbox with CIM motor and 2 in output shaft all work well together with the AndyMark climber in a box. We used this combination at the 2022 week 1 even and never missed a climb.
