When you want to have an eight wheel drive instead of a six, this upgrade kit will transform your AM14U3 into 8 wheel drive using 2 additional 6" HiGrip Wheels.

With two dropped center wheels instead of one, it keeps you more consistent during shooting and provides slightly better turning performance. It also reduces the space between wheels, making it less likely to get caught on surfaces between them.

This product is sold as a KIT and does not include the AM14U3 Chassis, only the components needed to add the additional wheels and properly space the outside plates from the inside plates.

Twelve - 250 Sprocket and Pulley Spacer (am-0207a) (Used to space each pulley off the wheels)
Eight - 3/8" id 1.125 od ball bearing (1614ZZ) (am-0209) (Used in each wheel)
Two - Long Hex Output shaft, 4140 steel Toughbox_d31 (am-0801) (Used as the live drive axle from the gearbox, not included)
Two - 6 inch HiGrip Wheel Rev2 (am-0940a) (two wheels to add to the six included in the AM14U3)
Two - 500EX Hex Hub (am-2568) (for the two additional wheels)
Four - Collar Clamp, 1/2" Hex Bore, Aluminum (am-1238) (Used to keep the pulleys on the drive axle from moving)
Four - 0.280" long, 0.518" od, 0.382" id, Spacer (am-1306) (Used to space wheels away from the chassis plates)
Eight - 0.25" x 0.382" x 0.625" Aluminum Spacer (am-3260) (Used to space wheels away from the chassis plates)
Eight - 3/8-16 x 4.75 Hex Bolt (am-1395) (Used as wheel axles)
Sixteen - Pulley, 42 Tooth (am-2234) (Additional pulley's for belt connections)
Four - Timing Belt, Gates HTD, 15mm wide, 117T, 585-5M-15 (am-2702) (Used to drive wheels)
Four - Timing Belt, Gates HTD, 15mm wide, 85T, 425-5M-15 (am-2703) (Used to drive wheels)
One - 500 Churro Tube, 24.25" Length (cut 4 pieces at 3.875" long for spacing the inside and outside plates from each other)
