Rubber Stopper with Bolt Hole

Product is great but I was charged $10 shipping for a merely 30 cent item. Solid 2 inch rubber came in a wrapped paper in a box to prevent damage. There was no option to get this shipped for $2. There is some level of sensible is packaging and reasonable shipping cost compared to the product.
