3 Different diameters of our 35 Series Hub Sprockets. These are perfect for meshing with roller chain and finally getting that-thing-that-you-need-to-spin moving!
These steel sprockets work perfectly with 1/2 in. hex shaft and mesh with #35 roller chain. They are symmetrical and have the same sized hub on both sides so there's no wrong way to install them. The hub is also sized to ride on only the inner race of a bearing for smooth motion without binding or rubbing.
Note: Despite the prints, at this time, tooth alignment to the bore is not controlled on these sprockets.

I'm a big fan of the hex shafts. We have used these for both climbing mechanisms and for moving arms. We have never broken a tooth. We haven't tried 25 chain yet, but we may use that on an intake later on.
