This unassembled kit can be used to make a winch drum that can be powered by a 6 mm D shaft. This means many FIRST Tech Challenge familiar components can be used to drive one, including a PicoBox or NeveRest.

The plates of this drum has the FTC 16 mm bolt circle on it so you can directly drive it with a NeveRest Sport gearbox. Winch drums are useful to coil up a string or cable that is being used to actuate a linear slide or elevator mechanism this version has multiple bolt circles to change the size of the drum to coil faster or slower depending on your needs.
