Official Individual FRC AprilTag Stickers

The AprilTags sold here are identical to the ones found on the real field, sourced from the same vendors that FIRST uses. FIRST is using a new vendor this year, so in these kits if that tag ID was used in the past it may be from either vendor, but tag IDs that were not used in the past will be from the new vendor.

AprilTags are a part of the Field, used by vision systems to generate positioning data. AprilTag resources are available through FIRST for use with the roboRIO. FIRST also expects that many community solutions will likely be able to detect these tags as well.

The image on the sticker is 6.5 in. square, and the stickers are 10.5 in. square with notched corners to accommodate bolt heads. On a competition field these tags are affixed to a plastic plate.
