bumper material
Good stuff. Order twice the amount you think you need, for two years now our team has need to make a second order of the material. AM sends the exact amount you need, no room for error. My team is not perfect we make mistakes.

Perfect Material for the job
This is the perfect. material for the rough and tumble matches of FRC Robotics. It will stand up to the bumps and hits that happen in the game and keep on going.

6 inches too short
161 inches is 6 inches too short to easily cover a 120" frame that is 3" x 5" wide. You need to make these cuts a bit longer. We are having to patchwork our fabric to make it fit our frame. [AndyMark response: For a 120" frame perimeter, assuming that the frame is a rectangle or square, the sides add up to 120". If we add 7" to each side for bumper wood and hardware (2") and pool noodles (5"), we find a result of a maximum perimeter on the outside of the bumper to be 148". We believe that 161" is plenty.]

Durable, looks great, accepts iron-on vinyl
Our team has used this material on our bumpers for several years and never had an issue with it. It is durable, it provides a nice crisp look to the bumpers, and it works well with the iron-on vinyl team numbers we use.

Bumper Fabric
This is quality fabric. My vinyl letters did not want to stick very well until I used a heat gun to partially melt the vinyl and press into the fabric. This seemed to work well.
