This hub fits all AndyMark wheels, sprockets, and other items with the 1.1875 in. standard bolt circle, but will NOT fit inside the pocket of the 42T Pulley.
Note:
The current batch of hubs have an unused keyway, and also do NOT have the hex timed to the bolt pattern.
Specifications
- Bolt Pattern: 0.204 in. diameter holes, evenly spaced on a 1.875 in. diameter bolt circle
- Bore: 0.501-505 in. hex bore (broached)
- Boss Diameter: 0.956 in. - 0.96 in.
- Material: 6061 Aluminum

The product is good and required to use hex shaft. The product would be more useable with (1) or (2) set screws. This would eliminate the need to locking collars each time you used this.

Poorly Designed and Inspected
We ordered 8 of these hex hubs which is not cheap as it will run you about $90 and none of the holes aligned. 0 of the eight hubs matched. We then gave them another chance and they sent us 8 more and once again the same problem even after we told them our problem. I would not suggest buying this product if you need the holes on the hub to align. (AndyMark response: This is not a design issue, it is a quality control issue. We have been selling these for many years, with assurance that the holes and hex were keyed and aligned. They are designed to be this way. However, we did have a recent batch of hubs which did not follow this standard, and we let these parts into fulfilled orders. We are sorry for this mistake. We are sending new hubs to this customer.)

This was our first year using hex hubs, and they were great! Practically our whole mech subteam was rookies, and hex hubs and shafts made them look better than our veterans the year before!

hubs not all the same
If you use these, order twice what you need plus 1 because the holes don't line up with the hex shaft in the same way on all of them. On some of ours, the holes line up with a vertex on the hex hole, on some, the holes line up with the flat side of the hex hole. Sad. (AndyMark Response: This issue should now be fixed, if you find this part to not fit a 1/2" Hex Shaft, please let us know at sales@andymark.com so we can fix this issue)
