RC 3 Channel Mecanum Mixer
The RobotLogic Mecanum mixer allows for simple RC-control of a mecanum drive robot. The Mecanum mixer is plugged into a standard RC receiver using three input channels. Four motor speed controllers...Read More
Product Overview
This is specifically designed to work with our RadioLink T8S Controls out of the box with no need to reprogram. This Rev B design is more compact and efficient! This RC mixer is designed for four wheeled mecanum robots. It mixes three input RC channels: x, y, and spin to generate the appropriate signals for motors controlling four mecanum wheels.
Features
- 4 wheel mecanum mixing with translation and rotation input
- Failsafe on signal loss
- No need for line boosters when used with IFI speed controllers
- Add a heading hold gyro to your steering input for even more control!
- Signal Boosting to each PWM output
Connect Mixer to your RC reciever
Connect the servo cables to your RC reciever. The first input is the one closest to the left side of the mixer.
- Input 1 Strafe (Left Right translation)
- Input 2 Drive (Fwd-Reverse translation)
- Input 3 Turn / Rotate
There are 4 outputs on the Mecanum mixer:
- Output 5 Front-Left Motor
- Output 6 Front-Right Motor
- Output 7 Back-Left Motor
- Output 8 Back-Right Motor

Works very well
It's the simplest way to setup mecanum wheels. Just follow the instructions.

Good product, way too little documentation.
Worked fine after I figured it out, but you didn't provide enough info for this; here are the three biggest things I'd have liked to know. The preinstalled jumper to the left of the outputs will cause it to run a "test mode" where it runs front left, front right, rear left, rear right, then pause; in order to actually use the thing, this jumper must be removed. The input wires are labeled thus: Yellow is forward/reverse, Blue is strafe, and no label is rotate. Hot swapping wires does not usually seem to achieve the desired results; you often must power cycle the mixer. (AndyMark feedback: Thank you for this input. We will add more documentation.)

Arrived on time, exactly as advertised.
Purchased for an off-season study project into the mecanum-drive arrangement.
