MIT E-Vent Gear and Hardware

This motion hardware kit contains all the necessary items to connect the output shaft of either our am-3656 PG188 or our am-4252 192:1 gearmotors to the geared arms in the MIT E-Vent design. This kit includes the hard-to-find 30T 16DP hex bore gear, as well as all of the hardware required to retain the gear on the shaft. Because it is difficult to find hex bore gears in diametral pitch sizes other than 20 or 32, we have created this gear and hardware kit quickly to be available for those who are working on producing breathing assistance devices based on the MIT E-Vent designs. This gear is also available separately for those making other arrangements for retention.

Please note: The gear in this kit is not compatible with any of our other gears as it is 16 DP. When using gears together the DP of both must be the same.
