This LEGO® set was used in the 2018/2019 FIRST® LEGO® League Jr. Season called Mission Moon.
It’s never too early to discover STEM. FIRST LEGO League Jr. is designed to introduce STEM concepts to kids ages 6 to 10 while exciting them through a brand they know and love − LEGO®. Mission Moon is composed of 12 Sessions that build upon each other to create a unique and fun educational experience that walks students through exploring the Moon, designing and building a Moon Base, and finally sharing their ideas. There are no engineering notebooks in the box
If you are familiar with FIRST and you are planning on using this kit to do a full FIRST season just know that there is no coaches guide and there are no student / engineering guides in the box. There also are not instructions in the box. Fortunately we have done Mission Moon in our program before so I had everything I needed, but if you are new to this you will have to do a little extra work to get all the supporting materials.
