Disappointed with field setup
Very disappointed with the set up of this field. It took a long time to get put together--which took away from much needed time to focus on the robot. The setup would have been much sturdier if the trusses had the stopper/bolt setup for both ends rather than just one. Please start labeling the parts and lengths in the kits. Measured the screws to determine which ones to use and the lengths did not agree with what was listed on the instructions. This led to students using the wrong screws and having to take apart and put back together with the correct pieces.

Tapes
Dear AndyMark representative, I am satisfied with the product, but I wish that at least one CenterStage tape set had been included since the playing field is not incomplete without them.

Difficult to build
It is a great field! But it took a long time to build because you have to make sure the poles are at the right height and length between the truss stands which was a lot of measuring (very time consuming). Unlike last years field was very simple. But still Looking forward to this year’s competition though!

Field elements
Good set but the backstage parts are very thin plastic and prone to breakage. It is difficult to keep track of 94 pixels. A few extra would have been great.

Good Quality - Pricey as Usual
Hard to know if the price is due to supply factors or if it's just a monopoly market. Still, the product is nice.

Partial Game Set
Box arrived in horrible condition. One yellow pipe broken, big board is very bent on the ends and one bag of hardware 10-32 x 1.5 inch hex head cap screws missing. The box was more tape than cardboard by the time it was delivered. Very poorly packed.

Difficult to put together.
The nylon nuts were too difficult to put on when the nut was to be inserted into a plastic part. Regular nuts would have been much better, and maybe a tube of thread lock. The rubber stoppers were too difficult to 'safely' insert into the long yellow plastic tubes. We ended up using soap on the stopper but now it does not want to stay seated. The cost of these materials seems a bit high. It took us many hours to get our CenterStage components set up and moving it is not going to be much fun.

Assembly Problems with the Truss
These comments are in regard to truss construction. Step 6a: The nylon nuts were overkill and were very difficult to tighten in instances where the nut was seated in a plastic hole. Regular nuts and some thread lock would make the job so much easier. Step 13: Trying to push the rubber stopper into the long yellow pipe was very difficult and could potentially cause injury. We ended up having to put hand soap on the stopper but that backfired. The stopper went in more easily, but it also will no longer stick inside of the tube with the friction it needs.

Bad Quality
When we got out parts for our FTC team we had high hopes since the box wasn't damaged. However when we opened the box all of the parts had scratches and dents. Some of the pre-cut holes on the plastic board were broken off and the poles and metal pipes had horrible scratches. All of the materials look like they were heavily used before we even got them. Screws and nuts were bagged in an unorganized manner so it made taking inventory of the parts very difficult. We hate to be negative but paying $460 to receive broken plastic is upsetting as a student. I wish Andymark would package the parts better to prevent scratching and have better organization.
