EuroBoards is a light and flexible material that has featured on several recent FIRST Tech Challenge competition fields. We've got it, and we know it's great stuff to work with so why not offer it to everyone to help dress up robots?
EuroBoards can be used in many applications where you'd use polycarbonate, though be careful if you're using it for an electronics panel because the aluminum surfaces on each side is conductive. (It is not, however, conductive between the two aluminum surfaces.)
