8WD 6 in. XL Performance Wheel AM14U4 Upgrade Kit

Give your AM14U4 Chassis an even bigger upgrade in strength AND stability by replacing the original 6 HiGrip Wheels with eight 6 in. Performance XL Wheels with this upgrade kit. This is similar to our PW68 kit, but features our ultra-high-performance line of 1.5" wide performance wheels for maximum traction and tread life.

Performance Wheels are made from solid 6061 aluminum and have been tested through many years of FRC competition. Eight Wheel Drive will give you four dropped center wheels instead of two, keeping your robot more consistent during game piece manipulation and providing slightly better turning performance. It also reduces the space between wheels, making it less likely to get caught on surfaces between them.

This product is sold as a KIT and does not include the AM14U4 Chassis, only the components needed to replace the wheels and properly space the outside plates from the inside plates.
