Product Overview

The inside black portion of this wheel is made from molded polycarbonate plastic. The outer tread is TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) with a 35A durometer hardness. The green treaded stealth wheels are not intended for drive wheels, but are the perfect wheel for intakes and other auxiliary robot mechanisms. The bore of this wheel is a 1/2" hex hole, which is intended to be driven by a 1/2" hex shaft or spinning axle. There is a bolt pattern on a 1.875" diameter bolt circle for mounting sprockets, hubs, and gears.

Product Usage:

Got these for the spinner mechanism in the 2020 FRC game. We wanted green to match our robot that looks like the Child (baby Yoda) and for the softer touch and grip on the color wheel. They sure look nice and we hope that they will work as expected if we ever get a chance to test them on a full field. #1744

    rubber wheel

It wasn't what I expected as it had a solid hub and the elastomer was about 4mm thick. During competition, it worked ok.

appear to be pretty grippy without damaging floor. We bought 2" version too, with 5mm hex hole. The 2" version has 16mm (Tetrix) hole pattern, and a 5 mm hex hole. It would be nice if you sold 5mm shaft too. one stop shopping...
