Product Overview
Different durometer ratings give each wheel unique characteristics. Green wheels (35A durometer) are the softest and most compliant around objects, while maroon (45A) blue (50A) and black (60A) wheels are increasingly firm. The increased firmness also allows the latter wheels to carry a higher RPM rating.

Worked great as the "shooter wheels" in our 2017 FRC robot!
We on 1519 used these 4" blue (50A) compliant wheels with a 1/2" hex bore on our 2017 robot as the "shooter wheels" for our shooter of fuel cells into the boiler. They worked great and lasted the entire season without showing any significant wear. (A "glaze" layer of melted material from the fuel cells would build up on the shooter wheels, but could be scraped off easily to renew their function.) It was nice that the compliant wheels were more durable than the surface of the fuel cells, enabling the wheels to last for the entire year, including many practice sessions. Thanks, AndyMark, on producing an excellent product in the compliant wheels!
