How do I return an item?
Warranty infoAndyMark, Inc. warrants its products to be free of
defects in material and workmanship, provided any failure to conform to
this warranty is reported in writing or the product is returned within
30 days after the date of receipt. This warranty does not cover damage
or defects caused by or resulting from repairs, service or alterations
to the product or any of its parts, or damage or defects caused by
negligence, accident, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage or
maintenance of this product or its parts. If replacement parts are
needed, contact AndyMark by phone (765-868-4779) or by email at sales@andymark.com.
Return PolicyAndyMark, Inc. will accept returns
of items purchased if the product is returned within 30 days after the
date of receipt, and the item is unused and returned in the same
condition it was received. A refund will be credited to the customer,
less shipping costs and a 5% restock fee. Unused product should be shipped to: AndyMark, Atten: Returns, 2311 N. Washington St., Kokomo, IN 46901. Please include a copy of your e-mail order confirmation or packing list when you send your return.
Unused products
returned after the 30 days may be returned, but only with prior
authorization from AndyMark, Inc. The standard 5% restock fee will
apply.
Restocking FeeBecause
of costs associated with crediting accounts, bank fees, and reissuing
receipts, AndyMark, Inc. will charge a re-stock fee 5% of the retail
price on any returned item. The customer is responsible for all shipping
costs.
