Product Overview
Churro has proven itself over years of robot market use as a lightweight and versatile extruded aluminum hex profile, great for standoffs, supports, and low load shafts. Churro Lite offers the same great features of Churro now in a 3/8 in. profile. The outside of this extrusion is between 0.368 in. and 0.374 in. hex (with small weight-saving grooves) to fit inside all our 3/8 hex bore products. The center hole is sized to fit a 10-24 thread forming screw. No tapping or threading is needed, as long as a thread forming screw is used.
The 3-foot churro, our most popular length and the best value on shipping, is available anodized in red, blue, purple, gold and black to dress up your robot. Anodized finish is hardy and doesn't flake off or add thickness like paint, but it is possible for a scratch to expose the bare metal beneath. Take basic precautions in your shop like watching for sharp tools or overtightening this churro in a vise

Great structure . Great length. Problem was it was a 3/8” not 1/2” when ordered. My bad. Still used them!
