This aluminum spacer and fastening device is captured between two 8 in. Aluminum Omni Wheels (am-0098) in order to make a "Dualie" omni wheel.

Twelve tapped holes (#10-32) are placed so that the two wheels can be staggered evenly in order to provide a smooth rolling motion.
