Starting June 1, 2016, FCC regulations mean we can't sell the Open Mesh OM5P-AN radio that was used in the 2016 FIRST Robotics Competition. FIRST is working hard to identify the radio they will use for 2017, and we plan to carry them once they settle on a model. To keep teams running in the meantime, we have secured a supply of refurbished D-Link DAP-1522 RevB radios that were used from 2013 through 2015. They are used, but each one has been tested by AndyMark and are known to work. A robot using one can connect to the 2016 FIRST field management system, but you will need an FTA's help to configure them manually. (Don't take one of these to a WPA kiosk at your event, it won't work!)
A power cable is not included, but is available separately, please be aware this is a 5V input, NOT 12V as the OM5P.

CONNECT MULTIPLE DEVICES
The Wireless Bridge feature of the DAP-1522 allows you to easily connect up to 4 Ethernet-enabled devices in your entertainment center to your wireless network. Connect devices such as Game Consoles, Digital Video Recorders (DVR), and Digital Media Adapters (DMA) to the built-in 4-Port Gigabit Switch.
CREATE A WIRELESS NETWORK
Create a new wireless network using the Access Point feature by connecting the DAP-1522 to an existing wired network. Use your new wireless network to stream high-definition (HD) video, play multiplayer games, or make phone calls (VoIP) using the built-in dual band technology.
The DAP-1522 has selectable 2.4GHz or 5GHz bands. 5GHz is ideal for wirelessly streaming multiple HD videos across your network. It helps avoid interference by providing a clearer wireless band for HD signals than existing 2.4GHz products. Delivering superior wireless performance, clarity, and coverage, the Xtreme N Duo Wireless Bridge/Access Point (DAP-1522) is the ideal addition to your wireless network in the home.
